Property surveys are conducted by appointment only. We allocate approximately ninety minutes for a residential survey, during which we measure window reveals, assess existing window condition, discuss your thermal efficiency objectives, and identify any planning considerations.
Commercial property surveys require advance scheduling due to the larger scope typically involved. We can arrange out-of-hours surveys to minimise disruption to your business operations.
Survey appointments are available across the United Kingdom. Travel charges may apply for properties located more than fifty miles from our Birmingham office, which we'll confirm when scheduling your appointment.
Following your property survey, we provide a written quotation within three business days. The quotation specifies the glass type, frame specification, installation methodology, and total cost including materials and labour.
Quotations remain valid for sixty days from the date of issue. If you wish to proceed, we typically schedule installation within three to four weeks, depending on our current workload and your availability.
Payment terms are straightforward. We request a deposit of thirty percent upon order confirmation, with the balance due on completion of installation. We accept bank transfers and do not process credit card payments.
